Last week’s issue of users being disabled in Fall 2016 courses has been significantly improved through the efforts of the DLSS, IT and Blackboard teams. However, a few errors continue to happen.
If you, as students, are not seeing a Fall 2016 course on your Blackboard “My Courses” list, contact the EPCC Blackboard Help Desk at 1-888-296-0863 . The EPCC Blackboard Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
